Return & Refund Policy

At Rajgharana – The Organic Mart, we take pride in delivering premium quality dry fruits. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for edible products once delivered, to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

However, returns/replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item


2. Replacement Policy

If your order qualifies for replacement:

  • You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear unboxing video/photos as proof

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, OR

  • Provide a refund/store credit, depending on availability


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged/defective, or

  • The wrong product was delivered

Refund process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse
